很开心也很幸运能够有机会回我的母校宝应中学进行我的教育实习,在这短短的两个月的实习时间里,我学到了很多很多在大学里学不到的东西,真正地尝到了当教师的苦与乐,也深深体会到教师肩上重大的责任。在这两个月里,我的身份不仅仅是一位实习老师,也是一名来学校学习的实习学生,这样的一种双重身份让我更加注意自己的言行举止以及仪表态度:能够从学生的角度出发,本着以学生为主体的思想,做好学科教学和班主任的'日常工作;也能够虚心向我的指导老师学习学科教学以及班主任工作的方法与敬业精神,在完成我们的实习任务的同时收获更多有价值有意义的知识与经验。
听课两个多星期后,我开始了我实习的上课阶段,第一节课是在11班上的对自由落体运动的研究,因为是第一次真正地站在讲台上,是特别的紧张,之前做了很多的准备,认真地写了教案,还借了教室进行试讲。课后,蔡老师跟我进行了交流,对我的第一节课表示了肯定,也给了我很大的信心,当然也有不少的不足,特别是与学生交流这一块,因为在宝中新的模式之下更加注重老师与学生之前的互动交流,而且在传统模式下也是非常重要的。在与蔡老师交流之后修改了之前的教案。在之后的几节课中,有了点进步,蔡老师也提了很多的建议,在共点力作用下物体的平衡这节课中,我对知识点的把握还不够,没有很深入的理解和运用课本的知识,蔡老师还跟我讲了他自己对这节课的思路和理解,让我受益匪浅。
在班级管理这块,指导老师也给了我非常多的建议和意见,让我明白了一个班级的管理制度是非常重要的,蔡老师用了两节班会课制定以及强调了班级的规章制度。还有在跟学生交流时,一定要让学生多讲自己的想法而不是自己讲很多,让学生根本没法接受,让学生体会到老师是真心为了他好,能够让学生自己领悟到很多道理,而不是通过老师的灌输。
