　　1: Find some English radio stations and podcasts in iTunes在iTunes上找一些英语广播台或播客

　　There are tons of podcasts about all topics imaginable these days: entertainment, politics, news. A good way to find one is to look for a podcast from a TV channel you usually watch in your cable TV. Look for one that interests you and listen to it in your car while driving. 　　这个方法大家一定都知道。看电影和电视剧最能够深入了解外国人的生活，以及他们的日常用语，这是在课本当中学不到的。以小编的经验，非常建议看影片时可以先把字幕关掉，完全靠自己的力量去听，第二次看时再打开字幕，确认自己有没有理解错误。

　　小编要特别推荐两部电视剧给大家：FRIENDS 还有 How I Met Your Mother。这两部电视剧的内容都是在讲几个好朋友的生活，里面的用词都非常生活化，可以学到大量的口语表达。而且每一集大概只有三十分钟，不花时间又可以轻松学英文。

　　如果喜欢悬疑片或侦探推理的，可以考虑看看 BBC 製作的 Sherlock Holmes，这部电视剧一推出就大受欢迎呢。不过这部是英式发音，而且语速很快，很有挑战性喔!

　　英文小说

　　如果不知道要读哪些书，可以从有名的读物开始，像是哈利波特 Harry Potter 或暮光之城 Twilight，这两本是写给青少年看的，所以用字遣词不会很深。在这边也推荐一些国外的经典小说，例如：

　　傲慢与偏见 Pride & Prejudice

　　科学怪人 Frankenstein

　　简爱 Jane Eyre

　　汤姆历险记 The Adventures of Tom Sawyer

　　如果怕这些书太难，也可以在书店找到简易英文 (Simplified English) 读本，重新编辑世界名著，编译成更简单的英文，让你读书过程中不会被困难的单词打扰，也可以沉浸在文学世界里，在大型的书店都可以找到喔。

　　第一种方法：找篇新闻，然后找出文章里的所有名词，然后想想看有什麽字可以替换这些名词，当然你也可以试试看找形容词。

　　另一种方法：改写句尾，找一个句子，然后把句尾拿掉，换成自己创意的句子。例如：

　　When man first harnessed fire, no one recorded it. 男人首次用火时没人记录这件事

　　就可以把后面的 “no one recorded it.” 换成 “Everyone had a barbecue”。你可以用各种方式改写，这可以拓展你的文法知识，并让你的写作风格更多样。

　　5. 和别人对话 (Talk with someone)

　　语言是一种沟通的工具，所以，学习语言最好的方法就是和他人沟通咯，所以用对话学习语言是最快的。

　　6. 和自己用英语对话 (Talk and sing to yourself in English)

　　如果英文还不好，不敢找别人用英语聊天的话该怎麽办?没关系，你也可以自言自语，和自己对话，主要是让自己习惯「说英语」，让嘴巴肌肉习惯英文的发音方式，当你真的要用到英语时，才不会嘴巴卡卡的。
