　　I like to play basketball very much, so when I went to middle school, I joined the basketball team. Last week, our team had a match, we were against another school, all of us were so excited and wanted to win. When the match began, our team worked very slowly, we could not cooperate very well, because this was the first time for us to play. When half match time went, we lagged behind, our team leader called us together and told us we must get united, so that we could have the chance to win. Then we played hard and cooperated so well, we won the game at last, it was so amazing, union is strength.

　　Before the New Year, people will have a big dinner, it is called reunion dinner. People pay special attention to it, they would drop down everything and come back to home for it. The dinner is not just for eating the delicious food, the most important thing is that all the family members get together. People are busy for their work, they don’t have much time to visit their parents, the reunion dinner provides people the chance to talk to their relatives and promotes their multi-understanding. This moment is very precious, so no matter what people do, they will go home on that day without hesitation. The meaning of reunion will be last forever and people should remember it all the time.

　　When I see the TV series, the image of good person is to keep silence all the time, so that they won’t get into the trouble or cause problem. It seems that silence is gold, it is good to keep silent. While I think silence is not always gold, sometimes people need to give their explanation, they should tell the truth, so that others won’t have to get the wrong information and do the wrong thing. Silence works when people get argued, to be silent can help them calm down and have time to clear their minds. At most of the time, people should express their thoughts and let everybody knows you, silence will make you nobody.

　　当我看电视剧的时候，好人的形象总是一直保持沉默，因此他们不会惹到麻烦或者引起问题。似乎沉默是金，保持沉默是好的。然而我不认为沉默总是金，有时候人们需要给出解释，他们应该说出事实，这样别人就不会得到错误的信息，做出错误的事情。在人们吵架的时候，沉默就起到了作用，沉默下来能让人们冷静，有时间弄清自己的.思想。在大部分时间，人们应该表达清楚自己的思想，让别人了解你，沉默只会让你成为无名小卒。

　　我身边的噪音The Noises Around Me

　　I live in the school now, I will go home on the weekend, at first, I thought living in school could make me focus on my study, while the fact is not. At noon, when I take a snap, the noise from the building machine is so loud, our school is under construction now, so the workers work day and night. But I couldn’t sleep well, my head aches, without not good sleep, I can’t focus my mind to study. What’s more, some students are playing games in the corridor, they laugh so loudly that do not realize they are bothering us. I hope the school could let the workers stop working at noon for two hours, so that it will be good to students.

　　What is a good eating habit? In my opinion, a good eating habit is related to eat healthily and regularly. To say it simply, Xiao Ming has breakfast about 7:30a.m. to 9:00a.m. every morning and lunch at noon. He also has dinner about 6:30p.m. to 7:30p.m in the evening. What he eats is healthy food, such as, meat, vegetable, fruit, egg, milk and so on. He would not have some snacks for a meal. He also would not eat and drink too much or eat nothing. Xiao Ming sets a good example to have a good eating habit.

　　什么是良好的饮食习惯吗？在我看来，良好的饮食习惯与健康饮食和饮食规律有关系。简单地说，肖明每天早上7:30到9:00左右吃早餐，之后中午再吃午餐。他大约下午6：30到7:00的时候吃晚餐。他吃的也是健康的食品，如，蔬菜，水果，肉，蛋，牛奶等。他不会把零食当饭吃。他也不会暴饮暴食或什么都不吃。肖明就是一个有良好饮食习惯的例子。

　　安全驾驶很重要 It is Important to Drive Safely

　　Now, there are many people having cars. Many people go out will drive their cars. Because people and cars are becoming more and more, the roads are seemed smaller and smaller. It is easy to appear accidents because of people’s carelessness. For example, drunk driving, absent-minded, and some other carelessness will lead to car accident. People need to aware the importance of driving safely and pay attention to their behavior. Only in this way, the injury can be reduced. People will have less sadness. The world will be more beautiful.

　　现在，很多人有车了。他们都会开车出去。由于人和车越来越多，道路似乎就变得越来越小。由于人们的疏忽，会很容易发生事故。例如，酒驾，心不在焉，还有其他一些不小心都会导致车祸。人们需要意识到安全驾驶的重要性，注意自己的行为。只有这样才能把损伤降低。人们才会少了很多悲伤。这个世界也会更美好。
