　　1. 咨询结构

　　咨询信一般分为三部分：第一部分自我介绍，说明写信目的(询问某方面情况)，指明你所需要的信息;第二部分提供相关背景信息，指出你为什么需要这些信息。询问具体相关事宜。指明你什么时候需要这些信息;第三部分表达请求帮助的愿望，预先感谢对方的.帮助，并表示希望早日得到答复。
