　　1：effectively addresses the writing topic and task。

　　托福写作要求考生有效地阐明主题，考生千万不要跑题。从笔者的教学经验看，考生全部跑题现象较少，但是局部跑题现象十分严重，这也是考生不能轻取高分的缘故。

　　2：well organized and well developed

　　逻辑条理清楚，发展充分。每次托福写作中作者在讲写作时总是把它和阅读相对照。各位考生要想拿到独立写作满分必须真正理解“八股文”的结构，千万不要写中国式的“八股文”，而应写出“美式八股文”。

　　考生的论据一定要具体、明确，且对论点有支持作用，而不能空洞和泛泛而谈。
