罗马帝国成功和灭亡的原因 Reading：三个罗马帝国成功的原因：
1、有能力组建军队，被征服国家里收取俘虏；
2、罗马帝国的军权独一无二至高无上；
3、罗马帝国经济好，收税支持军队花销。
Listening：反驳阅读的三个原因，说这是罗马灭亡的原因：
1、军队不全是罗马人，收复的俘虏不忠实，罗马有可能去打俘虏国家。俘虏也会反抗罗马帝国。而且有证据表明在罗马快灭亡打时候俘虏军队反叛了；
2、对罗马帝国刚开始的时候是有道理的.，因为起初的国王非常英明，但是后来国王不做political decision会有人挑战王权。而且后来的国王有私欲，会建立宫殿等无心管理。最终导致灭亡；
3、农业等增长已经停止，然而军事消耗还在增加，对人民对压力越拉越大，人民反抗情绪高涨，不但不忠诚国家还会记恨国家，最终导致灭亡
