学会游泳后，我越来越喜欢游泳了。为了提高水平，我报名参加水晶宫游泳训练班，通过一年不断的坚持、努力训练，在参加了水晶杯游泳比赛中得了男子组自游泳第6名。这就叫功夫不负有心人。
游泳不仅锻炼了我的身体，增长了我的本领，还磨练了我的意志和胆量。
