香蕉午餐
A fat monkey likes eating bananas very much. He had bananas for lunch. He peeled one and ate one more and then, one more one banana, two bananas, three bananas, four… He ate and ate, but he wanted more, he peeled and he ate, peeled and he ate, five bananas, six bananas, seven bananas, eight … He peeled two more and continued two more. He ate whole bunch of bananas and can’t sleep.

1. It was Clifford's first autumn. One day, I put on a warm coat and took him to the park.
这是Clifford的第一个秋天。一天，我穿上温暖的外套然后带上他去了公园。
2. On the way to the park, Clifford saw pumpkins for the first time. He was very happy. He jumped up and--Crash! Pumpkins rolled all over the street.
在去公园的路上，Clifford第一次见到了南瓜。他可高兴啦。小家伙激动地跳起来，然后不小心就装上去了!南瓜都滚到了街上。
3. Then we got to the park. It looked different. There were leaves all over the ground.
后来我们到了公园。那里看起来不一样了。地上都是树叶。
4. The birds were all flying south. Clifford couldn't chase them. So he chased the leaves. It was fun!
鸟儿都往南飞了。Clifford没办法追赶这些鸟，所以就去追着落叶跑了。太好玩儿了!
5. Then a ball came right in front of Clifford.

6. There was a long string on the ball. Clifford took hold of the string and ran.

7. He crossed the white line, and all the kids cheered. Clifford scored!

8. The kids told me Clifford was a very special dog. I was so proud of him.

快乐的彼得
Peter is a pupil in Grade Four. He likes sports very much. His favourite sport are football, basketball, table tennis and swimming. From Monday to Wednesday he plays football. From Thursday to Friday he plays table tennis. From Saturday to Sunday he plays basketball and swims. He is good at swimming. Look, he is swimming with his father in the swimming pool. They are every happy.
