　　20__年__月__日上午，我怀着激动、兴奋、又有点不安的心境来到了我的实习第一站。

　　护士长热情的接待了我们，研究到我们是刚来医院，所以详细的介绍了科室的环境、产科的常见病、实习方法等，我很感动和感激。不知不觉已在产科实习了近4周，这段时间我工作认真，遵纪守法，尊敬师长，团结同学，严格要求自我，做到不迟到、不早退，对待病人和蔼可亲，态度良好，我渐渐从一个在校学生的主角向实习护士主角过渡，总体上成长了不少。

　　在产科实习的4周内，我基本上完成了实习任务，有许多收获。

总结如下：

　　第一，熟悉了医院与科室的环境、临床护士的工作流程与主要任务、病人的出入院流程与护理等基础资料。

　　第二，在教师的指导下，我基本掌握了产科一些常见病的特点和护理，如早产、胎膜早破、妊娠高血压综合征、产后出血、妊娠合并糖尿病等，掌握了产科常用药硫酸镁和催产素的使用方法、不良反应及观察要点。

　　第三，亲身观察并参与了孕妇分娩期和产褥期的护理，见习并参与了孕妇的助产过程，感受三个产程的特点以及孕妇的生理心理变化，重点学习产后2小时护理资料、产后护理要点等。

　　第四，实习了入院健康宣教、胎心音听诊、电子胎心监护、摸宫缩、会阴擦洗、会阴湿热敷、腹部四部触诊、母乳喂养指导等护理操作，见习待产妇的`肛门检查、绘制产程图、科学接生、分娩镇痛、阴道切开、阴道助产、新生儿处理及预防接种、新生儿沐浴等。

　　经过不断的临床观察和学习，加深了我对书本知识的理解和记忆，比如什么是宫缩及其特点、怎样摸宫缩等。同样我也努力将自我在书本中所学知识用于实际。我明白临床工作并不简单，异常需要善于观察、灵活和经验的积累，我刚来实习，所以要从一点一滴做起，努力多观察、多操作，多积累经验。

　　我感觉实习是一种简单又复杂的生活，既要学会做事也要学会做人。做事即充实理论与操作；做人，处理好自我和同伴、带教教师、护士长、医生及病人和家属的关系，异常是建立良好护患关系是很重要，在产科，比较容易与产妇及家属建立良好护患关系，经过与他们的沟通，既可帮忙他们解决一些疑问，也可让自我在工作中获得满足感。学会与病人沟通是实习的一个重要资料。

　　I was once a poor student of English,and it was my biggest headache and trouble-maker.I got sick and tired of learning boring grammar rules and lifeless words.

　　But through hard work in practicing speaking English and breaking away from the traditional grammar games,I found myself a totally different and e-citing new world.Not only did I pass Band four and Band si- College English E-ams very easily with high marks,but importantly,I began to use English.
