　　Going bananas? When I say, you’re bananas, that means I think you’re crazy ... in a good way or a bad way.

　　Here’s a ‘bad way’ example: “Joey thinks he can still get us free tickets, even though the announcer just said they were all sold out.” “That Joey! He’s gone bananas.”

　　Here’s a ‘good’ way example: “Wow, my friends are going bananas for that new Planet of the Apes movie. They love that movie.”

　　You can go bananas, or you can be bananas. Example: “He’s bananas about that pretty girl.” US polls each year report that bananas are everyone’s favorite fruit. If you tell an American you don’t like bananas, she might say, “You don’t like bananas? You must be bananas!”

　　当我说you’re bananas（你疯了），有可能是褒义也有可能是贬义。

　　贬义的例子：“乔伊认为他还能帮我们搞到免费票，尽管广播里说票已经卖完了。”“那个乔伊啊！他已经疯啦”。

　　褒义的例子：“哇，我的朋友为那部《猿族崛起》疯狂了。他们爱死那部片子了。”

　　你可以go bananas，你也可以be bananas。比如：“He’s bananas about that pretty girl”（他为那个女孩疯狂了）。每年美国民意调查都显示香蕉是每个人最喜欢的水果。如果你告诉一个美国人你不喜欢香蕉，她可能会说“你不喜欢香蕉？You must be bananas（你肯定疯啦）。”
