For me, I usually stand up and then go outside for a walk, which can makes my brain clearly. Drinking hot tea or coffee is usually an effective way drive your tired out, because hot tea or coffee includes caffeine, which may increase your mental and physical abilities. If I feel tired during my work, I usually listen to music, such as pop music or rock & roll music, which can make you feel more relaxed. So what is the effective way for you to stay you awake?
