  B:The premium is to be calculated in this way:First,find outthe premium rate for the goods,that is x%.And second consider what risks are covered .Then calculate the total value you are insuring .Usually we cover the insurance for 110% of the invoice value.

  A:Can I have the goods insured for 130% of the invoice value?

  B:Yes,but please note that the extra premium for the difference between 130% and 110%should he borne by the buyer.
