　　It is true that a growing number of young adults are faced with increasing competition from the elderly in the workplace. Although there will undoubtedly be some negative consequences of this trend, we can take steps to mitigate these potential problems.

　　Some related problems can be anticipated. The main issue is that more young employees are likely to suffer unemployment. This is because young employees are relatively restricted in terms of work experience and communication skills, compared with those experienced workers. Therefore, employers prefer to recruit older people with higher working efficiency rather than those who just graduate from the university. In addition, without a decent job and salary, it is extremely difficult for young people to make a living and raise their families, and this poses a threat to social stability since some of them might commit a crime to make a fast buck.

　　Personally, I feel that governments and academic institutions should work hand in hand to tackle this issue. Most elders of retirement age, especially those living in industrialized countries receive a pension monthly, so there is no need for them to seek a job. In other words, the government should allocate more money to pension system, which can basically guarantee the basic needs of most elders. Besides that, education system should the curriculum used currently and design more career-oriented courses for job hunters. By doing this, young people can become more competitive in the job market.

　　In conclusion, I am in the camp that more steps can be taken to improve the wellbeing of the two generations.

　　In reality, a large number of money have been funded on the development of human population in order to enhance the living standand. Although government and animal lovers have started to assist in conservation of animals, lacking of money and social awareness is still a key problem of animal conservation progam. now people should care and pay more for animals rather than living in luxury.

　　Government have put certain fund on wild animals, while a few part of them was spent on protecting animals legally. Instead, large account of money has been cost to murder them. eg. in scientific research, animals are more like victims whose body might suffer a lot even damaged through experiment in aimning of coming out a result from experiment, rather than lucky ones who can benefit lots care and love from hunman being. From long term view, government should not only spend money for current profits but aslo pay more for our generations.

　　Admittedly, although money has been gathered to set covervation program for animals, it is so limited that animals could not get a better care in zoos. Lacking of money is the mainly problem to maintain the running of zoos, which cause the animals have to transform to another area, and some of them could die for the frequently traving and uncomfortable weather. Animals are facing awful fate unless government could settle the financial issue by all means.

　　To sum up, animals lovers should do more effort to save the endanged animals especially rare species, by wakening up the social awareness and donating money. where people could save money for animals ,when we will get benefit from wildlife.

　　From my everyday experience and observation I can stand that the best way of learning about life is through personal experience. However, some people think that it is wiser to learn about life through listening to the advice of family and friends. It does not mean I totally disagree with this way of learning. Moreover, I think that it is wise for a person to take an intermediate position because each of these ways has its own advantages. Bellow I will give my reasons to support my point of view.

　　From the one side, learning through ones personal experience brings many benefits. First of all, scientists say that personal experience has greater impact on a person. I have to agree with this. Take for example children. They will not believe their parents that something can hurt them until they try it and make sure in it. Furthermore, most likely they will remember this experience longer. Second of all, people learn how to analyze their mistakes, make conclusions and next time try to avoid them. So, I think it is a great experience that makes people stronger, more self-confident and persistent. They gain more knowledge and experience that will be very helpful and valuable in the future.

　　From the other side, listening to the advice of family and friends brings many benefits too. Parents with great patience pass down their knowledge and experience to their children. They teach them all they know and they want their children do not make the same mistakes. In addition to those practical benefits, learning from someones advice is painless. For example, parents nowadays very often talk to their children about drugs. I think it is a great example when one should not try drugs in order to gain new experience. I think it is a case when children must trust their parents.

　　To sum up, I think it is wise to combine both of these ways to learn and try to analyze personal mistakes as well as not personal. I think together they can greatly simplify ones life and make the way to success shorter.

　　The line graph illustrates how the amount of three primary fuels generated had changed in the UK during 14 years spanning from 1986 to 2000.

　　From 1986 to 1995, we can see that petroleum was a dominant resource, with its production standing at 120 in 1986. Then there was a significant rise in the following years and after peaking at 140 in 1991, the production dropped considerably down to the 1986 figure. A reversed trend could be seen in coal, with its generation starting from 110 and ending with roughly 90 in 1995. It is natural gas that remained the least and the most stable at around 60 over the time frame.

　　During the remaining five year, a particular rise could be seen in petroleum, shooting up to almost 150 in 2000 while coal underwent a dramatic fall to about 60. Natural gas had gained more popularity, exceeding coal in 1996 and finally becoming the second leading resource in this country with 120 of total production.

　　In brief, petrol and natural gas were the leading energy while coal had lost its dominance over this period.

　　To construct and maintain roads is a public service administered by the government. However,swheresdoes the money come from? Somebody believe that the government should allocate money from national finance on the road construction; but others think that the roads are constructed for people, so every tax-payer has the responsibility for constructing and maintaining the roads. It is so called“What is taken from the people is used in the interests of the people.”

　　To the first opinion, since government is the administrative organ, it has responsibility to do overall plan on those public services of city construction, including constructing the road. They think that the government should do plan and allocate every penny on all things concerning people’s life.

　　However in reality, the government cannot do all specific plans and money allocations on every detail concerning the society running. It only has the right of macro-adjustment and control. To be specific on the road construction, many people believe that based on the principle above, since the road is constructed for the convenience of people themselves, every tax-payer has duty to devote a little on the road construction, which is not only for the city overall plan, but also for their own use fundamentally. Once the constructions finish, the roads will be wider and longer, the facilities along the roads will be better in use, by then people could further improve their working efficiency, etc..

　　As I know, the second opinion is more reasonable and feasible, because it has two advantages: 1. The government could reduce heavy burdens, simplify and make clear the usage of money; 2. Tax-payers are clear about the usage of money they turn over, thus improve the transparency. Therefore, it is a good measure for both sides to allocate money from the tax paid by people on the road construction.
