• 在报名截止日期之前，考生可以登录教育部考试中心雅思报名网站办理转考(仅限于更改考试日期和/或考点)或退考手续并支付手续费用。手续费用为不超过25%的考试费用。
• 不同考试(雅思考试、用于英国签证及移民的雅思考试、用于英国签证及移民的雅思考试学术类机考、雅思生活技能类考试)之间无法直接转考，如您需要报考其他考试，请在报名截止日期之前取消已经注册的考试后重新报考。
• 在报名截止日期之后考生因为医疗以外的原因申请退考将无法收到部分退款。如果考生因为医疗原因需要在报名截止日期之后申请退考，需在笔试考试日期前联络教育部考试中心雅思考试全国服务热线(电话：010-82345671，电子邮箱：ielts@mail.neea.edu.cn，服务时间：周一到周五：08:30 – 17: 00;周六(笔试日)：07:30-13:00)提出退考申请，并按照要求在规定的时限内提供医疗证明材料。考生只有罹患严重的疾病才可以申请退考，且需要提供写明在考试当日无法出席考试的医疗证明原件。教育部考试中心雅思考试全国服务热线保留审查考生证明材料并决定是否批准部分退款的权利。笔试考试日期之后、或考生已经参加任何考试科目之后将不再受理任何退考申请。
• 在报名截止日期之后不再受理转考申请。
