　　Milt: He told me he'll cut my arms and legs off, one by one. He knows my address, too. I don't want to put you in danger, but...can I stay with you tonight?

　　Seth: Ummm...[looks at Ash for approval] of course you can. But why don't you call the cops first?

　　Milt: As if the cops can do anything. All I have is the bank number he told me, and I'm sure it's not registered in his real name.

　　Seth: Have you tried calling your brother?

　　Milt: OK, OK. You two stop laughing at me already!

The “cousin” said she was in serious trouble and needed cash to escape. My friend was halfway to the ATM, pajamas and all, before she thought to ask how Uncle Jiang is doing.

　　Milt: What good is that? She'd say, “fine”, of course.

　　Ash: Of course she did, but the “cousin” didn't know she doesn't have an Uncle Jiang.

　　米特：好，好。你们两个也该笑够了吧!

　　爱许：别在意，米特。我最好的朋友上星期差点被一个自称是她表妹的人骗!那时候是半夜。她很想睡，脑袋不太灵光。那个‘表妹’说她惹了麻烦，需要现金跑路。我朋友连睡衣都还穿着，在去自动提款机的半路上，她想到要问蒋伯伯最近好不好。

　　米特：问这个干嘛?她当然会说‘很好’。

　　爱许：她当然这样说了，但是那位 ‘表妹’不知道她并没有蒋伯伯这个亲戚。
