　　1.第一句中，句子主干是“中国发展学前教育”，“通过……”翻译为介词短语;“学前教育”可译为preschool education;“全社会的资源”可译为the resources of the whole society。

　　2.第二句中，“虽然”还可以用although来表达;为避免重复，“开办幼儿园”分别译为了run kindergartens和open kindergartens。
