三、打好语言基础
考生要想提高听力水平，需要在平时的学习中，注重英语基础知识的掌握，打好坚实的语言基础。一方面要提高阅读理解能力。考生应大量阅读英语报刊、杂志等，扩大词汇量和知识面。阅读理解能力的提高有助于听力理解能力的提高，阅读速度与听音的反应速度有着直接的关系，阅读速度快，则听音的反应速度也快。另一方面要广泛收听英语广播，训练自己对英语语言的反应和理解能力，充分了解英美国家的文化知识。
