您好!首先，我衷心的感谢您能够在百忙之中抽出时间来浏览我的这封求职信，给我这个宝贵的机会。
我叫夏斌，是南京大学电子信息技术及现代管理专业的2003年应届毕业生，作为一名即将步入社会的有志青年，我向往一份能够
实现自我才华，实现自我价值的职业;为此我向贵公司坦诚自荐，希望能够加入贵公司，贡献出自己的力量，实现我的理想。
根据我个人的实际情况，我此次求职的意向是报关员的职位，我曾在广东省青远市的一家单位担任过报关助理的工作，主要是负责各项
进出口货物的`运输事宜：安排货运公司的运保费款及租船定舱等事务。且我在去年9月经过系统的培训通过考试并取得了报关员资格证书。
综合我的个人情况，我认为我有以下的几点理由可以担任报关员的工作：
1.了解海关、商检及外汇管理的各项规章制度，熟悉进出口货物的通关流程，持有报关员资格证书。
2.掌握合同备案、申领手册、进出口货物的申报、陪目检查、税费缴纳直至提取装运货物各环节的报关操作程序。
3.了解海关关于保税、特定减免税及暂时暂准进出口业务的各项规章制度以及各种配额及许可证的申领办法。
4.可以根据不同业务的性质，快速准确的填制报关单并计算出相应的税费与手续费。
5.计算机操作熟练，能够完成预录入报关和EDI电子数。据报关及相应的数据录入工作，熟练应用各种办公软件及数据库文件。
6.擅于人际交往，能够与海关及各相关部门保持良好的人际关系，提供通关便利。
7.熟悉长江中下游流域和江苏境内的内河航运情况，了解华东地区的公路运输情况，熟悉以上地域的运输事宜;可以协助运输部门工作，
如：码头装运调度，相应的短驳及仓库仓储，控制物流成本。
8.曾长期在外省工作，对工作环境有较强的适应能力;工作的独立性较强，能够担任需经常出差及长期驻外的工作。
综上所述我认为我完全可以担任报关员这一职务，希望您能给我这一机会。
