I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

　　In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. 　　问题: 为什么离职?

　　好吧, 又是一个三遍的问题! 所以大家在离职后找工作的时候, 这个问题自己心里一定要有底, 基本上是逃不掉的吧.

　　我的回答就是为了职业发展的规划而离职的. 具体原因可参见第一部分"离职原因"的分析.

　　这里还有一点要提的是, 回答这个问题的时候, 面试官会可能会追问你为什么上一家公司和你的职业发展不符合, 而SAP公司为什么又会符合的我的职业规划的?

　　因为我的长久计划是想成为IT咨询师, 与之前公司的发展不一致, 所以想find the right way and get on the right bus.

　　问题三: 为什么要来SAP? 为什么不去IBM, HP等等其它做IT咨询的公司?

　　更何况就我现在的资历, 直接出去做conslutant, 没有相关的工作背景, 且没有任何的domain背景, 估计也没人会理我的.

　　所以我是做了长期的打算, 想静下心来, 从一个开发人员做起, 逐步了解公司的.产品, 进而了解产品所属的domain, 从而最终迈向咨询师的道路.

　　这条路走下去可能至少需要五年或十年的时间才能入门吧, 我已经做了心理准备.
