Hello everyone, my Chinese name is “~~”，my English name is ~~. Nice to meet you! It’s really a great hornor to be the teacher of Class1. I come from Guangzhou province, I graduated from the South China University of the technology in 2015, and my major is Business English . I like English Education so much and more important I love kids, so I choosed this noble profession after graduation. During this period I got some experience of English teaching，I’m good at Situational teaching、game teaching and TPR. I am confident and optimistic person, I think education is my forever business of my life . I believe that I would get along well with the kids, and hope that the children could have a good time in Disney school after day. I will respond your trust and support with action. Good afternoon（morning）! Professors：

My name is ***, it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for an interview, and I hope I can make a good performance today.

I am twenty-four years old, born in Guangxi province. I graduated from Harbin University of Commerce in 2015, majored in Industrial Engineering and I am a second year graduate student in business school Hunan University now.During past 1 year, I have learned Operations Management，Statistical analysis method，Optimization theory and technology and so on. And finished three projects about management consulting，I really benefited from this one year study and practice，I developed quality of diligence, responsibility and ability to work independently.

However, with time going on, the more I experienced, the clearer I realized that I am really interested in the field of operation management and I find that there are many problems waiting for us to solve，so I’m eager to cognize more about this field and I hope I can study further in this University．

If I fortunate to have the opportunity to study for the doctorate，although I do know I will face with various pressure，I believe nothing is impossible to a willing heart and I will do my best to meet the challenge，and try not to regret. Ok, that is all,thank you for your attention.

Pressure

Pressure from my family, my friends, the whole society and even myself.

For example, when my friends heard I will study for doctor degree, they are all surprised, as if I am a monster. And most of people believe that the work experience is more useful than knowledge studied in school. I sometimes wonder what I will do and what I can do.

Sports

I like riding, climbing mountains, swimming and play volleyball, and so on. But now, the only sport I have is walking. Because I can walk whenever and wherever, as long as I want.

Read

I red some famous work some years ago. But because I do not know history and society of foreign countries, so I prefer Chinese literature. Recently I do not have much time to read, so I only read short essay or children’s stories. For example,

Earthquake

The most important thing is to keep calm.If I am in the indoors, I will put out the fire. And stay far away from glass like windows and mirrors. Maybe I will hide under the table.If I am outdoors, I will lie on the ground not to be thrown down.Becides, I will listen to broadcasting. At that moment, if I can help others, I will be happy. Needs

According to Dr Maslow, the five needs of human being are physiologically needs, safty needs, belong needs, esteem needs and self-actualization needs.The highest need of man is to actualize himself, to achieve his full potential, to become all that he might be. That need is one that no one ever satisfies completey.

Money

I believe the money is important. Because it is essential to meet physiologically needs and even safty needs. But money can not meet belong needs, esteem needs and self-actualization needs. If I have gained physiologically needs and safty needs. I will choose to achieve my full potential and actualize myself.
