in the past 3 years,i spent most of my time on english studyingand practise. i have a good command of both spoken and writtenenglish and past cet-4 with a ease. skilled in use of office 2015,excel. my graduate school training combined with my cadet teachershould qualify me for this particular job.

although perhaps i’m not the best among the candidates, but withmy strong knowledge background and full enthusiasm for education, iam sure i will satisfy you well.

as a college student, i concentrated on studying modern teachingtechnology. i have acquired enough essential and fundamentalknowledge of english teaching in the past three years. sinceseptember 2015, with great interest, i have been doing studentcadre for almost each semester and formed good team-work spirits.it also kindly provided me crucial guidance to analyzeinterpersonal relationship. my teachers and classmates describe meas a reliable and considerate person. other than my major study, ihave master a great skills in computer operation.

one month as cadet teacher in the march of 2011, not only did iobtain enough first hand experience in my field but also graduallyrealized that the career i have chosen is sacred and significant.therefore, i am determined to become a diligent, hardworking, andresponsible educator.

i am actually a native of this city and entered xx-x university after i passed the higher educational entrance test. that is why i love this piece of land and want to make contribution for my hometown.

i have been working hard as a student and a part-time teacher. sometimes friends ask me whether i'm a tireless person. of course i am not. but i just like that sense of fulfillment and accomplishment. i enjoy the alternative roles: being an english teacher and a student at the same time.

in my class, i encourage students to voice their opinions and to approach english study in their unique ways, because i believe study is a personalized process. last week when i gave them the first class of this semester, i said,"everyone should become a critical thinker in my class, and i want to be a good teacher in its real sense". i'm not the traditional teacher. i try to reform the english teaching in my classes. hope i can do something to change the present situation of english teaching.
