now i will introduce myself briefly.i am 26 years old,born inshandong province . （general introduction）

i was graduated from qingdao university. my major iselectronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in theyear of 2003. during university, i spent most of my time on studyso that i have passed cet4/6 . and acquired basic knowledge of mymajor.（education background）

in july 2003, i began work for a small private company as atechnical support engineer in qingdao.because i'm capable of moreresponsibilities, so i decided to change my job. and in august2004,i left qingdao to beijing and worked for a foreign enterpriseas an automation software test engineer.because i want to change myworking environment, i'd like to find a job which is morechallenging. moreover motorola is a global company, so i feel i cangain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment.that is the reason why i come here to compete for this position.（research experience and academic activity）

i think i'm a good team player and i'm a person of greathonesty to others. also i am able to work under great pressure.

i am actually a native of this city and entered xx-x university after i passed the higher educational entrance test. that is why i love this piece of land and want to make contribution for my hometown.

i have been working hard as a student and a part-time teacher. sometimes friends ask me whether i'm a tireless person. of course i am not. but i just like that sense of fulfillment and accomplishment. i enjoy the alternative roles: being an english teacher and a student at the same time.

in my class, i encourage students to voice their opinions and to approach english study in their unique ways, because i believe study is a personalized process. last week when i gave them the first class of this semester, i said,"everyone should become a critical thinker in my class, and i want to be a good teacher in its real sense". i'm not the traditional teacher. i try to reform the english teaching in my classes. hope i can do something to change the present situation of english teaching.
