一、如实回答

不妨如实回答吧,毕竟有时候会遇到背景调查,所以没必要不说;但要说的有道理,例如是企业业绩下降从而被-迫裁员,这是可以理解的;也可以说是因为企业业绩不是很好,想看看外面有没有好机会所以就离开了;

二、根据不同的情况回答不同的答案

在当前经济低迷的情况下,求职者被解雇HR对此是可以理解的,但求职者被解雇的原因是HR最关心的。是市场经济所迫?或他们自己的原因呢?如果是因为自己的原因,是他工作能力不足?还是和同事相处不好?虽然现在市场经济低迷,但就算裁员也是有选择性的,为何要解雇你而不解雇别人?如果求职者回答得不好,那就会造成求职失败。

面试中如何回答被解雇的原因?

1求职者要让要招聘企业认为你所被解雇的原因在他们公司是不可能发生的。

2不要将你被解雇的原因描述得太详细。

3不能掺杂主观的负面感受,如“人际关系”复杂、“管理太混乱”、“公司不重视人才”、“公司排斥我们某某员工”等。

4不要含糊回答,如“想换换环境”,“个人原因”等。

5不要说自己不好的一面,如不诚实,懒惰,没有责任感,性格固执等。

6尽量使解释的理由为求职者个人形象添彩。

7尝试解释被解雇的原因不是因为个人能力方面问题,而是自己工资较高,公司想节约成本;也可以说公司的撤走了部分业务,使职位发生了变化;企业生意一落千丈,只能选择留下部分员工......

8如“我被解雇的原因是因为公司要倒闭了,我对公司有多年深厚的感情,从去年开始,由于市场经济低迷,公司业绩一落千丈,我只能踏出遗憾的一步,面对现实,重新寻找能让我展翅高飞的天空”。
