　　现代社会是一个法治社会，公民的所有行为都将受到法律的制约。法律是一种保障社会秩序的手段，它具有的公平性是不可否认的。但同样不可否认的是，它具有滞后性。打个比方，有不法分子进行违法活动，那么只能在将其抓获之后才能对其进行审判，使其接受制裁。但不法分子造成的损失，如对公民生命的威胁，是无法挽回的。因此，除了法律建设之外，我认为我们更应该注重社会责任感的培养。

If a person was not responsible, he couldn’t do anything successful and may not be popular among the people around you. A responsible person would have the courage to undertake everything. This was what a boy should have. If I have done something wrong, I should take the responsibility.

　　开学典礼上，章校长在讲话中用了两个鲜活的例子诠释了“社会责任感”这个概念，引发了大家对此的深思和热议。

　　社会责任感是一种复杂的品质，简单说就是每个人在心理和感觉上对其他人的关怀和义务，如有道德、守法、愿意为他人作出牺牲等。

　　许多人认为，只要管好自己和自己社交圈子里的事就好了，何必要在乎社会上的其他陌生人？其实这种观点是很狭隘的，因为社会不单单是无数个独立个体的集合，更是一个不可分割的'整体。没有人可以独立生存，而社会责任感就决定了一个人的幸福感。

　　公民幸福指数高达82%的加拿大，就是一个社会责任感很强的国度。在其他欧美国家都想方设法禁止流浪者在街头睡觉时，加拿大的街头上随处可见流浪汉休息的长椅、帐篷，也有很多社会福利机构会专门为无家可归的人提供衣食住宿和医疗服务。我想，可能正是这种良好的社会责任感才使得加拿大同时也成为了全球犯罪率最低的国家吧？

　　再来看看美国。美国社会在大多数人眼中应该是幸福、发达的，其主要原因是经济负担小？制度完善？生活环境好？我想都不是。在我看来，最主要的原因还是整个社会自上而下的责任感。记得我有一次去美国游玩，有天傍晚坐在一个广场的长椅上乘凉。旁边好像有人抽烟，我当时没放在心上，甚至都没注意到旁人的存在，只是下意识地挥了挥手扇去烟味。可是他看见了，立马熄了烟，还向我道歉。试想一下，生活在这种人与人之间彬彬有礼、彼此关怀的社会中，一定是幸福的。

　　反观土耳其穆斯林，只因与希腊人的文化、宗教分歧，就制造了臭名昭著的“伊斯坦布尔屠杀之夜”，对境内的希腊人居住区进行殴打破坏抢劫；只因一位大学生在聊天时聊到了宗教自由，就将其毒打……也正是这种对社会毫无理解、毫无容忍的态度使得穆斯林群体收到了全世界的非议。

　　综上所述，拥有社会责任感，不仅能使自己、使周围的人感觉生活充盈、快乐，更能使整个社会悄悄发生令人惊喜的变化。作为一个中学生，我们并不需要做什么大事，只需要扮演好自己的角色，再尽力让自己拥有一份社会责任感，就会让我们的社会迸发出友善、关怀的光彩！
