　　I had a great time throughout my May Day Holiday.

　　On Tuesday, I went visiting my uncle's family with my parents. We went to celebrate our good time at a fancy restaurant in Shanghai. Later that day, we sang karaoke in my uncle's house. We stayed for the night.

　　On Wednesday, I went shopping with my cousins. We bought some brand name t-shirts and pants. In the afternoon, my cousins gave me a fun ride on the city highway. 　　时间过得飞快，一转眼就到了五一假，在假日里我在家中做了许多有意义事情，如，帮妈妈做家务，自己动手做饭……其中，我觉得自己做饭有无数乐趣，既可以锻炼自己手艺，还能给爸爸妈妈一个惊喜。

　　我做了一道佳肴叫“糊涂面”。经过是这样，那天中午，妈妈在外面办事，爸爸在外地。俩人都没有时间给我做饭。从来只会煮方便面我，只好独自一人在家中下厨，做一道“美味佳肴”。

　　我突发奇想：方便面和面条没什么差别，面条只在揉面步骤上比较复杂。我又想，如果把方便面调料倒入面条中，然后把柿子、香菇、尖山椒、豆腐一一放入锅中，效果会是什么样呢？不想了，直接去商店买材料……

　　洗好青椒和尖山椒、柿子、香菇以后，就开始揉面，首先我挖了少半碗面粉放入面盆，加入200克水。好了，开始揉吧！“一二、一二、一二……”哎呦！揉了这么一小会儿我就累得张嘴喘，“可晓得妈妈平时做三人份面条，揉起来得多累啊！”我自言自语地说。终于揉好了，切成面条，水开了把面条先放进去，把青椒等蔬菜切成小块也一同放入锅中，煮了大约十分钟，就熟了。

　　“哇噻！大功告成！”我高兴地说。尝了尝，“吧叭”、“吧叭”，嘴觉得太香了！我“糊涂面”发明成功了！立刻向爸爸妈妈报告了这条喜讯，爸爸妈妈也为我高兴起来。

　　我糊涂面是很好吃，顿时我觉这个假期真有意思。让我感受了很多，也学到了很多，丰富了我假期生活。

　　啊！这是一件多么有意义事情，既让我经受了锻炼，还给了爸爸妈妈一个特大惊喜。

　　1路车的终点站往前走就到了矿山公园。矿山公园修建在高高的山坡上，顺着一节节台阶走上去，就到了一个高高的铁塔下。我和妈妈坐在山顶一边歇息、一边观赏风景。站在矿山公园顶部，整个金昌城的建筑都一揽天条。市区里高楼大厦林立，山脚下是冶炼厂的厂房，耸立着一个个高高的烟囱；矿山的阳面是风景优美的绿化带，花木葱茏；后面却有一个巨大的“老坑。”妈妈说，那是露天矿的入口。

　　我们顺着山坡上平坦的.马路走下去，路旁的丁香花、连翘花开得正艳，还有蝴蝶在翩翩起舞。我像出笼的小鸟一样跑来跑去，尽情地呼吸着自然界的清新空气，妈妈不停的用手机拍一些忧美的照片，用于她的文学创作素材。

　　从矿山公园下来，妈妈又带我去了市区的公园。市区的公园里游玩的人特别多，公园中心的湖面上一只只游船划来划去，微风轻拂、碧波荡漾，游人们脸上都露着开心的笑容。

　　我最喜欢的是在小湖里看金鱼，小湖里的金鱼一群群在水里游来游去。游客们都站在木质的回廊上，把馒头或面包的碎屑投到湖里喂鱼，鱼儿们看到食物就聚拢过来抢着吃，看起来可有趣了。

　　玩累了，我和妈妈在公园里坐着休息、吃东西，湖边的沙滩上还有很多小朋友在玩沙子，我也忍不住又跑到沙滩上也尽情的玩。直到五点多才依依不舍地跟着妈妈回家了。

　　我和哥哥觉得很有趣。决定两个人一起去捉龙虾。我们来到了，一条长长的'荷花池边。仔细观察着龙虾的动静。我们在垃圾站里找了一个塑料碗把它冲洗干净。当我路过一一棵花树花的旁边突然发现了又红又肥的大龙虾。我悄悄的，把哥哥叫过来。哥哥的动作静悄悄又非常敏捷像闪电的速度一下就把这只正准备想逃的龙虾给逮住了，我连忙说哥哥了不起，真牛，哥哥，真棒，于是我小心翼翼的拿塑料碗接着龙虾把它放到一个塑料袋里面，然后，我已翠鸟般的速度飞到原地方寻找着它的伴，可是我们身上冒着豆大的汗寻找了半天，还是没有找到，但我们并没有放弃，反而坚定了我们强烈的意志一定要找到，大概一个多小时左右，我哥哥终于，劳有收获，一共捉到了七只，有大有小真像一个大家庭。

　　今天五一劳动节中，我非常开心，还明白了一个小道理，只要坚持不放弃，就会有收获。
