  餐厅人员面试计划方案

  为确保我院餐厅7 月份顺利运行,现将报名人员进行面试筛选,根据我院前期用餐人数来确定实际招用人数,具体人数如下:

  一、定编定岗人数:

  厨师长2名(1、2楼各一名)、主厨7名、面点师6名、凉菜3名、打荷4名、配菜8名、洗碗工10名、洗菜工10名、传菜员3名、售饭员10名、保洁员6名、会计1名、人事1名、收银员1名、包间服务员3名、送餐员5名、采购2名、库管2名。

  二、各岗位要求具体如下:

  1.厨师长2名(具有15年工作经验含7年烹饪工作经验,责任心强,厨师等级证,精通各种菜系,有丰富的厨房管理经验)

  2.主厨7名(具有8年工作经验,厨师登记证,精通各种菜系,能够服从配合厨师长管理)

  3.面点师6名(具有5年工作经验者,能够熟练的制作各种主食系列外带花样)

  4.凉菜3名(具有5年工作经验者,能够熟练制作出各种菜系的搭配凉菜及盘饰围边)

  5打荷4名、配菜8名、洗碗工10名、洗菜工10名、

  传菜员3名、售饭员10名、保洁员6名、会计1名、人事1名、收银员1名、包间服务员3名、送餐员5名、采购2名、库管2名。(以上人员具有相关专业以及相关工作经验者优先考虑,且以上人员必须满足年龄在18至45周岁,身体健康、爱岗敬业、吃苦耐劳的精神)

  三、面试时间

  报名人员在5月31日前进行分批面试

  第一批:1.2楼厨师长及各档口主厨(厨师长附厨房管理方案及菜品明细)(主厨附个人简历及特色菜肴明细) 厨师长面试摘选通过之后(留4名),在老医院厨房进行菜品尝试,尝试通过之后(留2名),辅助餐厅管理人员定编主厨,面点,凉菜等后厨人员。

  第二批:会计、人事、库管、采购

  第三批:前厅人员及后厨人员

  (以上面试人员在报名当日应携带本人身份证复印件3份、一寸免冠照5张、相关专业证书、健康证)
