我最喜欢的食物是小龙虾，它的来历是这样的：小龙虾本来是入侵物种，它们的繁殖能力很强，中国人原来是拿它来做饲料，后来发现这种小龙虾会越长越大，而且味道也非常鲜美。刚开始人们把小龙虾当做宵夜吃，而且都是野生的，后来人们开始养殖小龙虾。到现在养殖的龙虾都已经不太够吃啦！在湖北省武汉市，小龙虾最为出名，有麻辣的、蒜香的、十三香的和鸭蛋黄的。
煮熟的.龙虾火红火红的，而且香味扑鼻，令人垂涎三尺，一口下去小龙虾好像是在你的舌尖上跳舞一样，令人回味无穷。
吃小龙虾的时候，也要讲究技巧。既不能狼吞虎咽，也不能慢慢吞吞。我是这样吃的：用大拇指“温柔”地戳进小龙虾的天灵盖里，来个华山接顶，去除脏物，“吸溜”，美味可口的虾黄就“滑”到嘴里去啦！然后掰开小龙虾的脊梁骨，里面的精华就乖乖如任我摆布，里边的虾肉Q弹软弱，肥而不腻，但是，我的嘴感觉越来越麻，一照镜子，哎呀！嘴巴都肿得像个红香蕉啦！
小龙虾好吃是好吃，但别多吃，吃多了就容易得痛风。
