  1.自我认知调整法

  在心理咨询中有一种理论叫ABC理论,它是由美国心理学家埃里斯提出的。A代表事件,B代表个体对事件的看法,C代表结果。埃里斯的观点:不是事件导致了结果,而是对事件的看法才导致了这种结果。按照这种观点,不是考试导致了焦虑和紧张,而是对考试的看法才导致了焦虑和紧张。其实大多数人也确实是这样,考试前、考试中过多地考虑考不好会影响到自己的前途,越是这样,越是发挥不出正常的水平。因此作为考生,首先,要正确认识考试的重要性。任何一次考试并不能完全决定一个人的命运,就算这一次考试失败也并不说明下次一定失败;其次,要正确认识考试的难度。没有难度的试题是不存在的,但是你觉得难,别人可能觉得更难,何必跟自己过不去呢﹖再次,要对自己的应试能力有正确的估计。可以将自己的复习情况、强项和弱点列出来进行分析,弄清自己的`实力、特长和薄弱环节,制定适当的考试目标和切实可行的复习计划。

  2.自信训练法

  考试焦虑实际上是考生缺乏自信,潜意识中对自己进行消极暗示的结果,如,“要是考砸了,一切都完了。”“别人肯定会比我考得好。”自信训练就是为了消除自我暗示的影响。首先,将那些朦胧的担忧的念头,用清晰的书面语言表达出来,将担忧从潜意识中提升到意识水平,并对不合理成分进行自我质辩,逐一消除,从而走出焦虑误区。

  自信是日常工作、生活中的一种积淀,如果平时缺乏自信,光靠考试前的临时调节也许只能起暂时的作用,或只对有些人起作用。在平时应加强自我认识,作好充分准备,找到自己的优势之处,这有助于个人自信心的培养。

  3.意念放松法

  经常进行放松训练,可以消除紧张心态,有助于克服考试焦虑。意念放松的做法是:静下心来,排除杂念,闭上眼睛,调整呼吸。可以通过默默地数数、想像蓝蓝的天空等帮助集中注意力,使自己心静神宁;消除紧张、放松心态的效果。

  4.良好形象浮现法

  考前回忆自己过去成功的情境及良好形象,回想自己喜爱或令自己高兴的人和事,使自己心情愉悦,信心增强,情绪饱满,镇定自若地投入考试。

  广州成考报考条件

  1、遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律。

  2、报考成考专升本的学生需具有国民教育系列大学专科及以上毕业证书。此类毕业证书包括:普通高等教育专科、高等教育自学考试、成人高考、网络教育等属于国民教育系列的大专及大专以上文凭。

  3、必须是能在次年春季入学注册前取得经教育部审定核准的国民教育系列高等学校、高等教育自学考试机构颁发的专科毕业证书或以上证书。

  4、持部队院校文凭报考专升本的,须提供由总参谋部和总政治部自1995年起统一制作颁发的高等专科毕业以上学历证书原件、复印件和本人身份证。

  5、身体健康,生活能自理,不影响其所报的专业院校的正常运作。
