　　Have you ever watched the famous cartoon"Happy sheep and gray wolf",which captures the hearts of millions of kids and even teenagers.

　　I'm sure you can't forget the vivid character---Red Wolf,which is a snippy,violent and hot-tempered wife with her symbolic action:throw a pan to her husband and shout out " go and catch the sheep! or never come back".In fact,this is a truly reflection that female are gradually dominating the society.Girls are the bosses.

　　According to a report by CNN in 2015,women in the US earned 59 percent of all college degrees,surpassing men by almost 3 to 2.while in 1970,41 years ago,men earned that percentage of all college degrees.Similarly, in China,it's estimated that female college students surpassed male students in numbers on campus for the first time in history in 2015,which accounts for 51%.Although we,the students in WHUT,can't feel it,because the majority here are males.But think about the fact that,the female ratio of freshmen in Huazhong Normal University this year is 70%.So next time,when you're free,why not go to Huazhong Normal University,just walk around the campus,and you will enjoy a different scenery.

　　Back to our topic, Gu haibing,professor in the School of Econmics at Renmin University of China,attributes this to the education system.He says girls gain the edge with their better discipline and memory-based studying method "However , a gender imbalance on campus caused by female students outperforming their male counterparts reflects a global trend.

　　The 2015 Olympics have been hailed as the "Year of the women",according to Time magazine,because 58 of the US team 103 medals were won by women and for the first time Muslim women from Saudi-Arabia,Qatar and Brunei ere allowed to compete in the event.

　　Furthermore,as we have known, Madame Curie is one of the greatest scientists around the world,and she is a woman;"Iron lady "Margaret thatcher is the one of the most prominent politician,and she is a woman; Oprah Winfrey is the household hostess of talk show,and she is a woman. And examples like this can be taken endlessly as you want.

　　I’m very honored to stand here and give you a short speech! To begin with ,I want to ask a question .Does everybody dream a good dream last night? Actually ,today I want to talk about dream with you. Of course, What I want to talk is not a dream you have last night,but a dream—— about life.

　　Everyone has dreams about life, different dreams at different life stage,and we need dreams to support us. Dreams are like the stars we never reach in the sky,but like most mariners(水手),we can chart our course by them. 　　Young!Fortunately, I am young now. Just due to it, I know that nothing is impossible.I firmly believe that nothing can stand in my way. If

　　I can't realize my dream,it result from that I haven't work harder enough and I won't find other excuses. If no people believe you, you can make it to prove that you are right. If you think the god haven't blessed you and there is no truth here, you can become the god and create the truth.

　　"My breath swallows the sky and make the yellow river overflow, my sword is famous in Kyushu and it can collapse the five sacred mountains." At some time in the past I also had am bitious words and I had some achievements. Each achievement results from my hard work. I always believe that "If you want to have more achievements than others, you must work harder."

　　In some extent, the dream is the hope. If you can insist on doing something, the victory will come.

　　Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly. Hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren field frozen with snow. 　　Today on 15th August 2013 India is celebrating its 67th Independence Day, and we Indians are proud to say we have owned our freedom 67 years old back. As we gather here today I take the opportunity to congratulate every student and teacher of this School/college a Happy Independence Day! I also take the opportunity of welcoming you our chief guest for today!

　　We have assembled here to celebrate our 67th Independence Day. As a citizen of India, I am so proud to talk to you about my mother India. On the night of August 14, 1947, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru rose to make a maiden speech in New Delhi, “When the world sleeps, India will wake to life and freedom.” Yes, India became free from the bondage of British rule. Now, India is the largest democratic country in the world. The country’s strength is to find, “Unity in diversity”.

　　But, there are stray incidents that test her secularism but the people of India are ready to sacrifice anything for the cause of unity. Today we remember the great leaders who gave their lives for the nation’s freedom and prosperity. Dr. B.R.Ambedkar gave the longest written constitution to us. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru worked for an industrialized India. Gandhi Ji taught us Ahimsa and Non-violence. Subash Chandra Bose inducted courage in us. Swami Vivekanand gave us spiritual power. Yes, with these contributions; India will be the super power in the coming years.

　　Our former President Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam called the children of India to dream to build a strong Nation with aim and perseverance. Indeed! This is not a word of a single man. It is word of one billionsouls.
