十六载校园生活，为我提供了人际交往的平台和锻炼能力的场所，初中、高中、大学均担任过班长，深得同学、老师的认可。通过当班长的锻炼，让我认识到每个人都有自己的思想，我要容许他人的见解并虚心向人学习，不断充实、提高、超越自己；通过当班长的锻炼，还让我养成了老老实实做人、踏踏实实做事、少说话、多做事的好习惯；通过当班长的锻炼，让我遇事能换个角度站在他人的立场去思考，并形成了出现问题先从自身找原因的好习惯。
