如果没有猎取成功,预付款为何不返还?

猎头英文面试常见问题

在猎取的过程中,猎头公司会时刻与客户保持沟通。在遇到困难或异常情形时,会就遇到的情况听取客户意见,与客户商量并找到最佳猎取方向和操作方法,以保证猎取的成功。如果在双方多次沟通后,猎取仍不成功,猎头公司会向客户出示工作报告,并向客户提出自己的看法和建议,比如,建议客户改变招聘方向,修改薪资水平等。但是,由于前期工作需要相当的成本,所以预付款是不返还的。

企业签定猎取合同后,如何付款?

签定合同时,预付一定的定金,招聘成功后,在候选人到本公司上班之日起5个工作日内一次结清其余的费用。

猎头公司多多益善吗?

很多企业想当然的认为,为自己提供人选的猎头公司多多益善,可以更快更多的获得候选人资料。所以,为了招聘一个岗位,会与三五家猎头公司签约(又称日本猎头模式)。当然,定金肯定是不付的。谁做成了算谁的。

真是这样吗?未必。 猎头公司单子多,高端人才少,多家竞争会导致猎头顾问的对企业的诚信度与兴趣度降低,反而导致寻访速度降低;另外一方面,有可能出现多个猎头找到同一个人的情况,猎头顾问尴尬的同时也容易出现纠纷,很多猎头虽然表面答应做单,暗地里可能已把该企业拉入黑名单,开始从该企业挖墙脚……

为什么要收定金?

猎头公司在与企业签定寻访合同后,即开始按照相关的职位要求,寻找合适的候选人。在这个过程当中,会产生较多的实际花费,如通讯费、顾问的人力成本等。如果不收定金,猎头公司要承担较多的风险。另外,对于企业来说,预付定金也是自身诚意的体现,是对自己,也是对猎头公司和候选人负责;同时收取定金也能保证企业快速对候选人进行面试。

委托猎头公司招聘,成本会不会太高?

我们一般的收费标准是:部门经理以上级别为其年薪的1/3,部门经理以下级别为其年薪的1/4。表面上看,相对于一般招聘而言,成本似乎比较高。但是,深入的考查比较成本,猎头的费用并没有表面的那么高昂.

(1)我们可以先看一下企业广告招聘成本:

广告招聘成本=每次广告费*次数+人力成本+岗位空缺潜在损失+招到勉强合格人员和优秀人员之间的效益损失

其中,仅人力成本而言,登广告或招聘会都需要花费hr人员大量的时间来进行简历的收取、筛选。而且,市场上的流动人才往往难以满足企业高层次的人才需求,往往会造成很长时间的职位空缺,为公司带来不可估量的损失。在没有获得足够的优秀候选人的情况下,企业不得不退而求其次,这方面的损失是无法估量的.后两者的损失企业往往缺少深刻的认识.

(2)猎头公司招聘可以省去企业大量的人力损耗,而且,猎头具有广泛的寻访网络,对推荐人才进行反复筛选、评估和背景调查,具有效率高、及时准确等特点,同时可以避免用人失误。

如果候选人拿到offer后,又改变想法,猎头如何应对?

一般情况下,猎头会在与候选人沟通的过程中,根据个人情况,帮助候选人制定符合客观实际的个人生涯规划。候选人在做出决定之时,想法都已经比较成熟,一般不会有反复。如果确因客观原因改变想法,顾问会利用自己的经验和专长帮助其克服困难,提出相应的解决方案。而且,顾问在候选人上班之前,会与候选人建立紧密的联系,时刻了解其最新想法,在问题出现之时,就及时解决,有效地避免更复杂的情况的发生。如果万一,候选人还是放弃了offer,猎头会及时通知客户,抓紧时间物色下一候选人。

如果面试过3轮,企业仍未找到满意的人选,猎头如何应对?

在每一轮面试过程中,猎头公司都会和企业保持沟通,听取企业的反馈和意见。如果发现猎取工作有偏差,会在随后的猎取工作中及时纠正,保证在下一轮提供人选时与企业的要求保持高度一致。而且,如果猎头公司在猎取过程中发现企业的要求有偏差,也会向企业说明情况,并提出应对措施。

如果3轮面试过后,企业仍未找到满意人选,猎头公司会根据自己的工作进展向企业提出相关的建议。除非确因客观原因,比如特殊行业内人才有限,猎头公司会继续为企业提供相应服务,直到找到满意人才为止。

猎头从接单到推荐成功需要多长时间?

一般来说,如果顺利的话,猎头公司的工作在一个月内能基本结束.至于客户需要多少时间来面试和决定,以及候选人需要多少时间办理辞职手续,就不是猎头公司所能控制的了.

整体而言,从接单到推荐成功(候选人上班)需要3个月时间。其中,还包含候选人离职的时间(一般为4-6个星期)。

合同签定后,几天内可以提供人选,一个职位可以提供几批人选?

一般来说,合同签定后,猎头公司会在15个工作日内提供第一批人选,人数为3-4个,随后,在3个星期内,再提供第二、第三批人选,每次提供2-3个人选,一般一个寻访过程可以在35个工作日内结束。

猎头公司会不会收受候选人“贿赂”?

与中介公司不同,在任何情况下猎头公司不向候选人收取费用。如果猎头公司收取了候选人的好处,将不合格的人选推荐给客户,等于是搬了石头砸自己的脚。

猎头公司如何对候选人进行评估?

猎头公司有专业的评估工具,结合顾问本身的丰富的人才甄别、评估的经验,和详实的背景调查,在面试的基础上对候选人进行全方位的评估。

猎头公司如何做背景调查?

有两种方式:

一,利用猎头公司的人际关系,从比较了解候选人并且能保守秘密的朋友做背景调查.

二,猎头公司会根据候选人的情况,要求其提供和其有工作关系的2-3个背景咨询人。猎头会在这些人选里选择1-2名做第一轮背景调查,然后再让接受咨询的人选提供另外的人选,进行第二轮的背景调查。

如果候选人在外地,面试所带来的差旅费谁承担?

有两种情况。一种是猎头公司到外地面试候选人,一种是候选人到企业面试。

前一种情况,猎头公司需经过企业的同意,费用由企业承担。这笔费用不包括在服务费中。

后一种情况,根据一般的行业规则是由企业承担费用,多数企业会乐意承担这笔费用。因为,这也表明了企业对候选人的充分尊重。但是,如果企业不愿意承担这笔费用,猎头会建议客户通过其他方式先和候选人进行充分沟通,等到完全满意时再和候选人见面。等双方有了明确的意愿,费用的支付就不是问题了。
