Here's a letter form DongWei to give my sincere thanks to your teaching me English. Before you taught me, I didn't learn English well and I thought that I hadn't sense of learning that. In fact, after your patient saying and a period of hard working, I noticed that to learn English wan't as difficult as what I though before. So I began to be in deep love in it, chatting with others in English in the English corner, and in weekends I often went to the People's Square or some public places to communicate with foreigners from all parts of the world. And the saying "No pain, no gain" really proves what I did: I won the English context in our school! Without your help, I couldn't have won that.

在国外，不论礼品大小，收到以后都要写封短信向馈赠者致谢。至于亲友、邻居的帮助和照顾，任何有礼貌的行为，以及写给你的每一封慰问信和祝贺信，你都应该写一封感谢信表达你内心的感激之情。

要写好感谢信，“认真”是很重要的;如果只是草率地“应付了事”，那就失去了“感谢信”的意义。因此，一定要使感谢信给人一种不能忘却的印象。
