I was walking along the street when a stranger stopped me and asked me the way to a new restaurant. i answered and told him the route and direction carefully. as soon as i finished, the stranger thanked me and started off. to my surprise, he went in wrong direction. then i stopped him at once and told him what wrong he had made.

Unexpectedly, he smiled and told me the truth that he didn't really want to ask the way, but, instead, he was just trying to know whether everyone knew exactly where the new restaurant was, for he was the new owner of the restaurant. then i knew who he was and what he wanted to do.

2.男女平等

In many countries in the world, women are looked down upon. it is more difficult for them to get some work than men. in order to get a job, they sometimes have to tell a lie. that's unfair. in fact, women can work no worse than men. there's nothing that women can't do.

Perhaps, they are better at their work than men. for example, in ma-ki-ng telephones and computers, many companies would rather employ women, for men can't pick up the small pieces with their fingers. like , they can also become excellent engineers, doctors and teachers.

So I am sure the day will come soon when women can really get equal rights

Dear parents,

Though today is not thanksgiving day, i still want to tell you i love you and thank you for what you've done for me.

I know you are not successful people, but you give me lots of love. i know you love me more than anything else in the world. i know you spend lots of time and money on me. how can i return the love to you? i am deeply touched. sometimes i argue with you and make you angry and sad, but you always smile to me. you never change your love to me.when something worries me, you always make me laugh. you play pingpong with me and tell me funny stories. though i am very busy with my homework, i never feel stressed. i lead a happy life because of your love.

Believe me, i will try my best to be a successful person and let you be proud of me in the future. i love you!
