班主任送给学生的话
1.在高三一定要坚持不懈，坚持到底，永不放弃。
多一份坚持就多了一份勇气，多一份坚持就多了一份希望，当你在痛苦中徘徊、犹疑时，请相信，你的对手也在接受同样的挑战，谁能坚持到底，谁便是最后的胜者，谁不放弃希望，谁就能笑到最后。
2.抓住时间便抓住了一切，失去了时间，也就失去了一切，合理的使用时间安排好自己应该做的每一件事情。
3.乐观、平和的心态，用一颗平常的心来感悟高三，用乐观来面对生活。
心态决定一切。越到后面，越是考心态。不要为某次的考试患得患失，往前看，每次考试就是检查自己的复习程度，有好也有不好的，把好的继续做得更好，把不好给与改正。成绩的起伏，正是我们积极复习的结果。只有正确对待自己的成绩，正视自己的成绩，高三的路越走越宽。
4.不管面前是什么，我们都要以最饱满的热情，最昂扬的斗志，最刻苦的精神，最坚韧的毅力，全力以赴地准备着。
每个人都有自己的优势，你有你的优势，别人有别人的长处，每一位高三学子都期待着在高考的考场上再决高下。
儿子换班主任了，说是和前一任班主任的风格有些不同，初次和他们见面先从自己和学生的名字谈起，然后送给学生10句话：
1.在物欲横流的时代，守住灵魂！
2. 身体第一，做人第二，学习第三。
3. 敬君子方为有德，惧小人不算无能。
4. 若是能够，总要尽力与众人和睦。
5. 没有无趣味的知识，只有无趣味的人。
6. 你可以不会作诗，但你不能没有诗意。
7. 有两种人不可深交：不孝之人，吝啬之人。
8. 放弃是一种美丽，而争取绝对是一种智慧。
9. 你犯了错误不要总是找借口，生活不相信借口，尽管老师可以相信。
10. 你可以原谅别人，但不能原谅自己，原谅自己就是堕落的开始。
我听了以后，感觉对自己的学习和生活以及为人处世都挺有警示和激励作用，就把它写下来，希望以此和儿子共勉。
过去，学生被动接受班主任的教育和管理，这是一种单向的管理思想和模式，现在的学生民主意识越来越浓，要求参政议政的愿望越来越强。因此，班级管理应当征求学生的意见，接受学生的监督，班主任向学生述职，更能体现对学生的尊重和重视，更能有利于学生和班集体的发展。
2.能激励和引导学生参与到班级管理中来
现代管理理论告诉我们，最好的管理是学生的自我管理和自主发展。班主任向学生汇报自己的管理思想和方法，是对学生的一种管理教育，可以引发学生对班级管理的兴趣，激发学生参与班级管理的热情，培养学生的管理能力，还可以让学生明白要在班级里尽到自己的责任，为班级工作贡献力量。
3.能促进班主任的专业化发展
班主任向学生汇报工作，是对自己的挑战。在学生这面镜子前，必然要求班主任品德高尚、勤奋工作，勇于创新，绝对来不得半点虚假。这就要班主任平时虚心接受学生的意见，经常反思自己的教育思想，不断改进和创新工作方法，全面提高自身素质。
