名著读后感用英语怎么说 1
"The Hare and the Tortoise" is a gorgeous new collection of La Fontaine fables from Barefoot Books.
This book is mostly about a race between a Tortoise and the Hare. The Hare is favored to win by everyone even the Tortoise, but the Hare refuses to take the race seriously.
Bolts taken La Fontaines work and translated a passle into plain English, a feat that required updating the syntax, flogging the rhymes until they obeyed, and ma-ki-ng a decent stab at meter. English is a scrappier language for rhymes and rhythms compared to those slick Latinate tongues, and nobody since John Donne has managed to make it sound like it just popped out of your mouth that way, unleyou are a rap star.
I think that this book is good for childrens because it has a
very good message it teaches childrens to not make fun of people
because of their characteristics.

Tonight I watched the movie for the third time. I really enjoy this film so much.
So whats your choice between being a common person or a hero with peoples respects? Most people will choose the latter. But what will be your choice if the cost is laying your lover among the risks? What will it be if the cost is you can never tell the girl, who you love so much, that you love her? The spider man had this contradiction. But finally he still chose the latter, not in order to be a hero, but to make this word peaceful.
I was so moved by the words the Aunt Mary said:
You will never guess what he wants to be, the spider man. He knows the hero when he sees one, too a few characters out there, flying all around out there, saving old girls like me. Lord knows kids like Henry need hero courageous, sacrificing for people, setting examples for all of us. Everybody loves a hero. People enthrone them, cheer them, scream their names and years later they will tell how they stood in the rain for hours just to get a glimpse the one who taught them to hold on to stand longer. I believe there is a hero in all of us. They keep us be honest, give us strength, make us noble, and finally allow us to die with proud. Ever though sometimes we have to initiatively give up the thing we want most, even our dreams. Spider man did that for Henry, so he wants to know where he is gone. He needs him.
The spider man got much from these words, so did I. And what about you? whats the hero lying in you?

The book house of gold, a beautiful woman in the book. During the summer vacation, I read one of the four classical masterpiece of Chinas "Three Kingdoms", which describes some of the scenes of great momentum really let me lead a person to endless aftertastes.
The scene impressed me the most is the "wine chopped Huaxiong".
To Yuan Shao as a leader of the eighteen governors gathered against Dong Zhuo said, secretly competition is a soldier who is not wide, glorious life, has gone to roost? Only Liu, Guan, Zhang three riding three, unexpectedly also came to the meeting, they had a cavity with good faith, virtue and patriotism. In a group of mediocre and eyes, is certainly not a mere nobody on this small, only Cao Cao with special respect to them.
Heroes do not ask the source, a mule is a horse out stroll stroll. Sure enough, in the city to be intimidated by Dong Zhuos pioneer Huaxiong momentum, a panicked, at the occasion, the horse bow hand knife Guan Yu Qingzhan this nameless, they cant help but be struck dumb, not to regard it as right; Yuan Shao said angrily, "we eighteen princes will have sent hundreds of staff, a horse archers play, do not let Huaxiong joke." Guan Yu said loudly: "if I kill Hua Xiong, please cut off my head." Cao Cao sighs, poured a cup of hot wine to Guan Yu, intended for its courage, Guan Yu chuckled softly: "I killed Huaxiong back afterwards!" At the end of the talk, he went up with a big knife. Sure enough, the high pressure of Guan Yu, later with Hua Xiongs head into the junzhang to throw in the various put feet, and the wine is still hot.
"I saw Cao Cao picked up a cup of wine and drink horse pass Guan, Guan Gong said: wine and down, one came to. He will leave the camp after a moment, he heard the drums saw the earthquake, Guan Hua Xiongs head came to the camp. The wine is still warm. " Our classical Chinese text concise, but to describe image details, people like himself, our words is really charming.

Ialways wanted to read this famous book - I wanted to read it when I was inschool, but I always missed each other and didnt see it. I finished readingtoday, but I was a little disappointed. I dont know why Cervantes created suchan image of a "madman".
Don Quixote was a declining aristocrat. He was addicted to Knights novelsand became obsessed with them. He found a pair of armor and rode on a skinny oldhorse. He began his imaginary journey of supporting justice and wandering theJianghu. He is a pure and stubborn idealist, living in fantasy. In other words,he is a completely stubborn lunatic. He regarded windmills as giants, sheep asenemies, convicts as knights, and a common village woman as his princess.Repeatedly hit the wall, often head broken blood but unswervingly, infatuated. Its his servant sangqiu, who is fat and timid and greedy for a small price, whois still a normal man with flesh and blood. He will take advantage of hismasters craziness and paranoia, play a little cleverness, and seize theopportunity to increase some benefits for himself. He is a real living man. Justlike this, two other living treasures, a pair of unimaginable masters andservants, staged a funny farce for us. One of the most amusing scenes is that inthe dark night, sangqiu is afraid to hold his masters thigh all the time anddare not give up. However, he is eager to describe courteously, which is reallyvivid and vivid.
The most touching ones in the book are some of Don Quixotes good friends. They never give up on Old Tang. They must try their best to cure his madness. They have used violent means - to put the old Tang in a cage and escort him homewith arms; they have used the means of burning books and "pit" Confucianism - toburn all the Knights novels in the old Tang family and even seal the study;they have used the means of concealing the sky and the sea - to pretend to be aknight, to pretend to be a princess in distress and so on, all in order to pullthe old Tang from fantasy to reality. They really mean to their friends, especially for such a "terminally ill" crazy friend. They didnt give up, andeven were wrongly wounded and beaten by old Tang. Life can have such a fewfriends, enough!
Ijust dont know the background of the times. I dont know what theintention of this episode is that some sangqiu, who was governor of the islandfor several days, handled several cases cleanly and fairly, but was forced toresign at last.

Pride and Prejudice is my favorite novel, which impresses me for a longtime。 It describes a love story mainly between Elisabeth, who I like the best, and a rich and proud man, Darcy。
The story began with the arrival of a crowd of rich men who rent a housenear the Bennet。 In a ball, Elisabeth gave such a bad impression on Darcysfirst pride that she refused Darcys first proposal。 Darcy was so surprised byElisabeths refusal that he loved Elisabeth more deeply。 And Elisabethsantipathy made Darcy realize his shortings。 He was not angry about Elisabethscensure, but also he changed his previous proud attitude。 During Elisabethstravel in Darcys manor。 Darcy was very nice to her uncle and aunt, differentfrom previous proud attitude。 When one of Elisabeths sisters ran away withWickham, Darcy helped Elisabeth find her sister and prevent her sister from theloss of reputation, with nobody knowing that it was he who helped the Bennet。 Somany changes in Darcy eliminated Elisabeths prejudice。 At last it end withtheir marriage。
Taking the daily life as its material, this story reflected the life andlove in a conservative and blocking England town。 It reflected the authors viewabout marriage that it is fault to marry for property, money and status and itis also foolish to take these elements into account。 In fact Darcys pridemanifested the gap between their statuses。 Since his pride existed, there is noideal marriage between Elisabeth and Darcy。 From the different attitudes fromDarcys two proposals, it reflected the feminine pursuit of personalityindependence and right equality, which is a progressive character from the imageof Elisabeth。

Ive read this twice. The first time I rushed through it just to find out who was the "victim." Yeah. Wasnt really surprised about that. Im sure a few people are thinking it was a serious mistake to off our lamented victim, but honestly, I wasnt really enthused at having to slog through this book.
I understand that this is covering the adolescent years of young Mr. Potter, but the whole teenage angst thing came out of nowhere. There shouldve been some hints as far back as "Chamber" but instead, we have four years of pent-up hormones come flooding out of the page. It is overwhelming at times, a feeling made worse when you realize that there wasnt a big plot; if anything, this was written partially for contract, partially to continue the story (I, personally, could have lived without the whole Hagrid/Grawp subplot, not to mention 50% of Dolores Umbridge, who herself is part pun, part metaphor, yet neither part really does anything but make one groan)。
But one thing to be said, there is growing tension and suspense in the book, which is written and intended--if we remember for a moment and think (perhaps somewhat na-iv-ely)--for young adults and not those of us with seasoned palates. This is why the book deserves a high rating; to me--and to many individuals over the age of, say, 16--this isnt a great novel. But it is an excellent novel for the young adult crowd and anyone who wants a mystery/fantasy/pseudo-thriller with characters who are reaching the genesis of their development. We may not like the person Harry becomes or the browbeating attitude of Umbridge or Rons jealousy rearing its head at odd turns, but it is a realistic portrayal of adolescent confusion and angst, of the tendency for some individuals in todays society to repreinformation and punish anyone who tries to resist the "system."
Yes, this is a heavy-handed statement, but this book is a metaphor as much as it is a fantasy. Remember, the Harry Potter series is desgined as an arc, so we naturally have to have the stage set for the final two books in the saga.
Hardcore Potter fans will enjoy this. Anyone expecting a great epic, however, will be disappointed because of their misconceptions.

This summer holiday,I made a good friend --- Robinson though ‘ROBINSON CRUSOE。 ‘ROBINSON CRUSOEis a classical masterpiece which attracted me very much, and brought me much enlightenmet.I really lerned a lot of things from the eternal opus.
The ‘ROBINSON CRUSOEhave been authored by famouse English writer---Defoe. Its about dramatis personae Robinson who met a frightful wind while he sailed on the sea. He was the only survinal, but he drifted to a uninhabited island. He bravely struggled, industriously worked and combated with barbarians. Robinson lived alone on the island for 28 years. He experienced many difficulties and dangers.
Robinson was a great person, he conquered countleand unimaginable hardships. If I stayed on a lonely island, I absolutely couldnt vanquish dangers. I maybe would lose confidence for life. I respect Robinson very much, he is a real hero in my heart.
He lived on the island for about 30 years without any food, tool or habitation. He must depend by himself. Robinson wasnt afraid of hardships, he had the fortitude spirit 。He was brave in adventure and was good at labor. He used his head and hands to struggle all the time. I admire his courge very much, because these were not easy, work at all.
In fact, we also need the spirit of being undefeatalle indefatigable
Like Robinson. If we believe in ourselves, never give up and do we best, we must be successful!
Robinson was a great miracle, he achieved mumerous. ‘impossible things。 ‘Robinson Crusoe was an immortal novel, because it gave us a courageous, intrepidity, diligent, indefatigable and wise ordinany person, a vanquish nature, a hero who exploited nature. The book is a really excellent adventuresome novel,
There is no perfect life in the world, but we can change our fate. If we have confidences and work hard, we absolute will be victorious, and the most important thing is ‘Never give up!

During the summer vacation, I savored Don Quixote again.
The author of this book draws a caricature of the knight errant through themiserable experience of the mad Don Quixote. You see, its the mill windmill, but he thinks its a giant with three heads and six arms. So he urges the horsespear to rush away, but its thrown to the ground and cant move. Even so, whenthe servant Sancho came to tell him again that it was not a giant but awindmill, he argued that it was the magician who turned the giant into awindmill. There are countless such actions, which are very funny and makereaders laugh again and again. The author combines the description of thecharacters of different social classes with the description of the socialreality, vividly reappears the domineering of the noble gentlemen and the upsand downs of the common people.
Don Quixote was a little squire who was fascinated by reading Knightsnovels all day. He imitated the ancient knights and went out to adventure anddid many ridiculous things. Although he is crazy, he hates tyranny and crueltyand opposes oppression. You see, once, his horse was injured by a group ofporters. Regardless of the other sides more than 20 people, he resolutelyfought with the other side and was finally knocked down to the ground. If I seemore than 20 men holding sticks, Im sure Im not brave enough to go out. Illeither admit my misfortune or run away. And Don Quixote, knowing that the enemyis strong and we are weak, is still fighting for justice in the end. This spiritis really worth learning. Don Quixote is also very charitable, sympathizing withthe weak and upholding justice. Once, he caught a wronged prisoner. In order tolet him go, he reconciled and beat him once, although at last many prisoners ranaway.
Don Quixote is a complex and contradictory man. He has some other badhabits. He thinks hes right and doesnt listen to others advice. Sangqiuadvised him not to cut down the windmill, but he didnt listen. At last, he waslifted up by the windmill and hurt. He was nervous again. When he saw a mancoming to him, he thought that the other side was going to fight him, so hekilled the other side with a knife.
The first time I read "Don Quixote", I wanted to laugh, and did ridiculousthings for Don Quixote. The second time I read it, I wanted to cry, for thedomineering of aristocratic gentlemen and the ups and downs of ordinary people. The third time will naturally think from these cries and smiles. So, what do youread from it? Lets talk about it together!

The Romance of the Three Kingdoms is a classical literary masterpiece in China. It describes a series of short stories from the end of the Han Dynasty to the unification period of the Southern Song Dynasty, and describes more than 100 stories. Among them, Guan Yunchang and Zhuge Liang of the Three Kingdoms are the most unforgettable ones.
Lets start with Guan Yunchang. He is very loyal to Liu Bei of the Three Kingdoms. He once gave up fame and fortune, passed five passes, killed six generals, and rode a thousand miles on his own to follow his rich brother. This shows his great loyalty, and even more his feelings among brothers. If other people change, they will definitely ask Cao Cao of the Three Kingdoms for his fame and wealth. After all, this is not dishonest money. Whats more, Liu Bei of the Three Kingdoms has not made a fortune at this time, and Cao Cao of the Three Kingdoms has millions of soldiers. Why not try?
Zhuge Liang of the Three Kingdoms is also admirable. He goes all out to help Liu Bei. Without him, the historical time will eventually change, and it is not easy for the world to have three legs. Liu Bei of the Three Kingdoms told Zhuge Liang of the Three Kingdoms before his death that my child was a dou who could not hold the wall with mud. If you really cant help him, take his place. However, Zhuge Liang of the Three Kingdoms did not do that. He was just as loyal and devoted as ever.
The Three Kingdoms is a period of war in Xinye. The Three Kingdoms is a period of confrontation. It is also a period of heroism and loyalty.

Journey to the West is an ancient myth. I like Journey to the West very much. I watched the cartoon Journey to the West again during the winter vacation.
In Journey to the West, Tang Monk, Sun Wukong, Zhu Bajie and Monk Sha are all familiar with it. Among them, my favorite is the Monkey King! Because he is always clever, helpful, and able to distinguish between good and bad people, to guard Tang Monk and his brothers. He is just like our current peoples police, who has a burning eye, catches the bad and saves the good, and always protects us. Maybe because Tang Monk didnt use his head when he was in trouble and blindly accepted others help, sometimes he would not listen to the good advice of Monkey King and fall into the hands of monsters. This is enough to show that we should use our brains when we are in trouble. If we dont use our brains and listen to other peoples bad opinions, it will be worse. I also like Zhu Bajie very much. He is a simple but lovely person. He will not come up with some good methods, but he has a sense of justice. He will do whatever he wants to do. He will protect his masters safety regardless of his own safety. He seems a little stupid, but people think he is stupid and cute. We should learn from his courage to fear the enemy. However, some things should be carefully considered before doing them, and we should distinguish what can be done and what can not be done, and we should do it according to our own strength.
In a word, each of the four masters and disciples has their own strengths and weaknesses. It is just the saying that "when three people walk together, there must be my teacher." We should learn from their strengths, and even their weaknesses must be checked to see if they also have them. If they do, we should work hard to correct them and become a whole.

Literature is a dream far more than a bird. It is more beautiful than a flower. The wisdom that is brighter than the stars is a belief that we will never forget.
The book "journey to the west" is a bright pearl in the history of Chinese literature. This is a mythical story that tells the story of the four people of the Tang monk, the teachers and the apprenticeship.
"Journey to the west" characters in different personalities, such as Sun Wukong is resourceful, lazy and diligent shaceng journey. This book is very imaginative, and it has become one of the most popular classical names of the Chinese people.
The stories in the book are popular and zigzag. The true story of Monkey King left a deep impression on me.
This chapter tells that the four men and the apprenticeship met the robbers on the way to get through, and Sun Wukong had to kill them, but the master was angry with Sun Wukong again. Sun Wukong had to turn to Guanyin. Guanyin he asked Sun Wukong to wait here. Just as Sun Wukong waited, a little monkey impersonate Sun Wukong to hurt his master. Later, the two Sun Wukong met on the flower and fruit hill. Finally, Sun Wukong really beat the fake Sun Wukong, and he changed back to the prototype. It turned out to be just a little monkey. After the truth, Sun Wukong went on with the master to go to the West.
This book not only allows us to edify sentiment and strengthen our cultivation, but also makes our way full of sunshine and moistening the rain and dew of our hearts.

Recently, I was reading Luo Guanzhongs Romance of the Three Kingdoms. When I read "Zhuge Liang Burning Bowang Slope", I couldnt help admiring his ingenuity.
He sent Guan Yu and Zhang Fei to ambush, 1000 people from each generation were ready to ignite, Liu Bei was ready to reinforce, and finally Zhao Yun was sent to be the vanguard, only to lose but not to win. After that, let someone prepare the celebration dinner immediately.
When everyone saw that he was full of confidence, they were not sure.
Everything was ready, and Xia Houduns troops and horses were killed soon. Suddenly, a gun went off, and fire broke out on both sides of the army, burning most of Xia Houduns troops and horses. Some others trampled on each other to death, and some were killed by Zhao Yuns army. Bowangpo won the first battle.
Later, everyone asked Zhuge Liang how he was sure to win the battle? He smiled and said, "There are many reeds on Bowang Slope. Its better to attack with fire." It turns out that the reason for this victory is so simple that you can figure it out with a little brain work.
However, I am not as good at using my head as Zhuge Liang. I remember that I was working on an examination paper. Suddenly, when I encountered a math problem that I couldnt understand, I just read the problem roughly. I immediately left my seat to ask my parents how to do it. Later, I developed the bad habit of not using my head frequently. Compared with Zhuge Liang, I am extremely ashamed.
Therefore, I must learn from Zhuge Liangs diligent brain!

Little Prince
This is a fairytale whose distribution volume is only second to The Bible. Its been translated to versions of many other languages. And I gather there must be something special, something really great about it. Its this conviction that drove me to read it at the first beginning. Well, with due respect to the author, I failed to see how this fairytale be worthy of our attention, despite the fact that many readers claimed this book to be designed for adults.
Anyway, as a well-acknowledged book, it must possess unique feature to maintain its position. And its reputation and popularity will by no means be destroyed by what an unknown man says. I will talk about the main contents of the book, and the inspiration it renders as usual.
This book mainly tells us the experience of a prince from a tiny planet, who traveled to many other planets and finally came to the earth and met the pilot in a desert. The prince and the pilot became good friends, and the pilot gradually got to know the feeling and experience of his friend. Before he came to the earth, little prince had been to other 6 little planets where he made acquaintance with some strange people. The first man he met was a king on a little planet, yet he claimed to be the king of the space and ridiculously justified his unshakable governance over all. The second person was a man of vanity, who enjoyed compliments of any form without considering whether its sincere or not. The third person was an alcoholic who tried to forget the fact that hes addicted to acohol by drinking like a fish. The fourth person was an abosolute money-oriented businessman, who cared nothing but his fortune. Next came the lamp-lighter who performed his duty blindly. The last one was a geographer who knew too much about geography to solve a real problem related to it. These six people each represented one kind of person like us. The author satirized peoples conceit, emptiness, fakeness, innocence and blindness through the tone of a child.
I see eye to eye with the author in that the cause of peoples loneliness can be concluded to the negligence of the bonds that connects them. People are supposed to care about each other, cherish whats really important for them, and be grateful for the happiness that theyve gained. We all believe knowledge and experience enable us to see clearly and make right judgements all the time. But we may sometimes lose the right to speak straighforwardly, think creatively or love courageously resulting from what weve experienced. That why in our middle school textbooks, its the little kid that breaks the illusion of the emperor by saying ”but mum, he aint were anything”.
When I was a child, I was definitely a good boy who went home on time after school and did his homework and never tried anything without moms permission. And now I am a grown-up, and still I am a good man, at least, thats what I heard. Sometimes when I was lonely and I began to think about my childhood, then all the happiness and care-free
life came back to me as it were yesterday. Kids that once accompanied me during my childhood now become fathers and mothers of their kids and I myself am a child no more. Thinking about all these things have made me moody. Therere changes happening in our lives whether we are happy about it or not.
People told me life is a journey which will never stop once its started. Whats left behind are happiness and sorrow, pride and shame, success and regret. Theres good old time to reminisce and theres sad hours that reminds us of the pain. Your feeling makes them real, and you know you lived.
I want to conclude by saying some positive words that each yestersday used to be today, and each today is the future of yesterday, so making the most of today is the best way to cherish your lives. Our mortal beings are doomed to die. Its not sad, instead, death its just a process of our lives. After all, weve lived our lives and its what we do and how we think that determine who we are.
(when you look at the above passages, dont regard it as a composition or an article, because if you do, you will be puzzled at the structure. Its just a few words that come to my mind at the moment and I type them.)
Have a nice day!
