老师写给家长的话

你知道我们老师想对你们说什么吗?

一、对待我们应该就像好朋友一样。因为，当你的孩子看到我们的关系很亲密，他也会感到愉快。

二、要把握好时间。如果你每天总是担心上班迟到，结果匆匆忙忙地把孩子送到幼儿园，这会使孩子感到紧张，要腾出一些时间来帮助孩子安顿下来;如果你某天下午有特殊情况要提前接孩子，你可以早点给我们打电话，这样等你来接孩子的时候我们会提前给他准备好;到了孩子离园时间也请你们能尽量按时来接孩子，因为我们老师也有自己的家庭和孩子要照顾。

三、给孩子穿普通的衣服。当你把孩子送到幼儿园来时，不要给孩子穿太好的衣服，否则当他不小心把染料弄到衣服上的时候，他会有挫败感。

四、把你从家里带到幼儿园的物品写上孩子的名字，并告知你的孩子，让他们自己能分清自己的东西，孩子太多，有时我们并不能把每个孩子的东西都分得一清二楚。

五、送孩子到幼儿园时，要微笑着和孩子说再见。想到要一整天见不到孩子，所以当与孩子说再见时，父母的心情都很复杂，请你不要让孩子知道这些，如果当你要离开的时候，表现得很难过，那么孩子会表现得更难过，这种情形下，他们更不愿与你分开，即使离开了情绪也不会好。

六、把孩子放在幼儿园里请你放心。我们希望你的孩子过得愉快，而且我们会尽我们的努力使你的孩子感觉这里就象他的家一样。

七、要互相理解。我们每天要面对如此多不懂事的孩子，工作中难免出现疏忽或因磕磕碰碰让你的孩子受了委屈，当你的孩子有什么不愉快的情绪或者你对我们有什么看法，我们可以面对面交流，不要随意越级告状，因为解决问题的根本还在当事人本身。

八、关心班级网站。我们的活动通知和孩子们的成长日记都会在班级主页中以快报形式更新，希望你关心孩子的点点滴滴进步，与孩子共同成长。让孩子体验生活,母亲一定要做好表率.

好逸恶劳的家长,是无法说服孩子去热爱劳动的;

惯于赌博的家长,也根本不能引导孩子走上正确的生活之路;

追求虚荣和享受的家长,往往容易带出不实的孩子;

工于心计,算计别人的家长有意无意会影响孩子萌生险恶心理.
