亲爱的各位国内外贵宾：
首先，我要向积极协助这次“2004年韩国纤维纺织品展览会”召开的中韩两国有关人
士致以深深的谢意。
中国正以其日益发展的面貌和巨大的消费潜力令世界瞩目。据专家预测：2016年中
国将占据世界纤维生产量的近60%和世界纤维消费量的约40%。在飞速发展的中国上海，为了两国纤维产业的发展而举办“2004年韩国纤维纺织品展览会”，这实在令人兴奋。我深信此次展览会定会成为中韩两国共同繁荣的交流盛会。
此次展示会为期3天，在规模上比去年扩大了1.5倍。会上将推出以尖端新材料为
首的具有国际水准的服装品牌，装饰面料、家用纺织品款式等显示韩国纤维产业风采的多样化产品。纤维材料、服装、装饰面料等，总共有156家企业参加本次多达430余个展位的展示会。
特别是在这次展览会上，跃跃欲试打入中国市场的国内代表性服装品牌蜂拥而至，
向人们展示了韩国服装产品的设计和技术水平以及市场竞争力。这次展览会还为以中国为首的世界各国购买商提供了购买韩国高速发展的纤维衣料以及服装产品的好机会。
去年由于非典肆虐，购买者寥寥无几，与最初预想的购买力想差很远。这次参展的
企业都怀有极大的热情，购买者也有浓厚的兴趣，因此我们期待展览会能够大有所获。
我想在这里强调的是：要通过这种活动，为韩中纤维产业的共同发展打下坚实的基
矗尤其这一次不仅是展览韩国纤维产品的展示会，也是一个宣传韩国文化的大好机会。其间将举办在中国颇具人气的韩流明星、演艺界人士参加的服装表演，还有WAX,NRG,酷龙，JEWELRY等韩中著名歌手的联合演出。此次展览会将同时推出一个产业与文化交流的斑斓舞台。
在过去数千年间，韩中两国一直保持着紧密的合作关系。2005年开始取消配额制后，
世界将进入一个自由竞争时代。如果韩中两国能以传统的友好关系为基础，在纤维、服装产业方面互相取长补短的话，两国必将主导亚洲乃至世界市常

今年是中华人民共和国成立60周年。建国以来特别是改革开放30年来，中国的经济建设和对外开放取得了举世瞩目的成就，经济总量跃居全球第四，外贸进出口居全球第三，吸收外资连续16年居发展中国家之首，为世界经济的稳定增长做出了重要贡献。去年以来，面对国际金融危机的蔓延和深化，中国政府反应迅速、判断准确、科学决策，将宏观调控重点转向“保增长、扩内需、调结构”，在扩大内需的同时，努力保持对外贸易的稳定增长。1-5月份，扣除价格因素，社会消费品零售总额同比增长16.4%，比去年同期加快4.2个百分点。但受金融危机影响，对外贸易仍处于低位运行，1-5月贸易额下降24.7%，其中出口下降21.8%。为此，各地正在积极采取措施，努力把金融危机的影响降到最低程度。今天在这里举办的藏毯国际展览会，就是青藏两省区贯彻“保增长”目标的重要举措，同时也为当前形势下国际地毯界加强合作交流、共同应对危机提供了良好契机。
